Good institutes for MTech other than IITs

I am a student of BTech (Mech) from Sharda University, Noida. This is my final year and I would like to go for M.Tech right after this. Which are the institutes that are apt for this program other than the IIT Colleges? I shall be trying at their entrances too but keeping a safe side in case I don’t make it up to them, which are the alternatives I should consider?

IIT are the best for ME/MTech programs. You can also consider a few years of job after BTech and prepare for MTech simultaneously. This would let you relax your mind and give you ample time for the entrance preparation. However, these are the alternate institutes that are good for ME/MTech in a reasonable way:
