How are ICWAI examinations held?

I am preparing for ICWAI exams but I want to know how are the examinations held?

There are three stages in which ICWAI examination are held i.e. Foundation, Intermediate and Final. A candidate is eligible to appear for the Foundation examination after they have passed 10+2 exams and completed their coaching either postal or oral. You will be tested in Organisation and Management Fundamentals, Financial Accounting Fundamentals, Economics and Business Fundamentals and Business Mathematics and Statistics Fundamentals.

If you have done your post graduation, or are a gazetted officer or a qualified engineer holding a degree or a graduate from any other stream then the Foundation stage of the ICWAI is waived off. They are allowed to directly register for the intermediate exams. It has been made a compulsory rule by the institute, for all the candidates to undergo coaching either directly or through correspondence before they can appear for the examination.
