How can ideas be generated and screened for new products in the market?
New ideas for products can be generated with the help of internal or external sources. The internal sources provide information from within the organisation itself via employees of the organisation – the R& D team , product division, sales team , or any other employees of the company. Under external sources, the ideas are generated from the public , the customers, suppliers, even competitors. However the initial ideas generated may change as per the market requirements . An organisation may have several ideas out of which it would have to screen out and select the most feasible and worthy one in order to materialise it.
