How is OCAC (Odisha Computer Application Centre) for DOEACC O-LEVEL Certification program? I would also like to learn a foreign language alongside, most probably French or Japanese. I have passed out 10+2 with 85.5% with Mathematics and computer and would like to continue with my further studies in Odisha itself.
