How to become an air hostess/flight steward?

Following are the steps:

Step 1) Apply in various airlines where is there is requirement for the post with the demanded certificates.

Step 2) The airline company will call the short listed candidate after the initial screening.

Step 3) Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for written examination which is usually objective type.

Steps 4) Those who qualify written examination will be called for group discussion.

Step 5) Successful candidates will be trained for 2 to 3 months in the field of service, grooming, safety and first aid etc.

Step 6) After the training the Air Hostess are put on trainee flights before assigning duties to full-fledged commercial planes.
