How to draw different color in GIMP?

- There two color box tools at the bottom of the window.

- The uppermost color box shows the foreground color and the lower most color box shows the background color.

- Single- click on these colors to select.

- To select the colors from the selection tool, double click on either of the color boxes.

- Subsequent drawing options such as text, color filling also uses these color box tools.
