- One might be collaborative while others work best when left on their own. Answer according to what they want in a candidate they are looking for. Do not show that your preferences are very singular. Being adaptive and situational is a pro always and in case in you are not, be ready to explore outside your zone. Do not go by the very obvious "hardworking, dedicated and perfectionist" since almost every will have that to say about themself.
Mention that while you feel more motivated with a particular style, you are open to experimenting with other ways too.
