Once you have cleared this round, you will qualify for the next round that is the technical round. The technical round consists of SQL Queries, designing websites, what do you mean by macro reversing, a few questions on the academic project taken up by you.

Once you clear the technical round, you qualify for the next round, i.e. the Manager round. This is an interview round where technical questions and questions relating your project are asked. Some of the questions observed are:

- What should be your line of action if you are not being able to finish your work on the given deadline?
- State the difference between RDBMS and DBMS.
- If in any project your work begins only once your colleagues have finished their work and they are running late, what will you do to start your part of the work in time?
- Tell me something that you know about HP, what are your expectations from HP?
- A few questions on the project taken up by you in your academics.

Once you have cleared the Managerial round you then qualify for the last and final HR round. This round is based on personal and educational details of yours. The questions here include of preferred location, certificate courses, weakness and strengths, any leadership qualities portrayed in any particular situation, multiple languages known by you, (if any), which area do you think you will need training on, etc.

To successfully clear any interview round you need to be thorough with the subject details. Here in HP you need to be thorough with Queries, DBMS, Primary and Foreign Keys, basic programming like, FIBONACCI, Swapping of two numbers, Factorial, use of variables, etc. and the next step to clear the interview is by collecting enough information about the company, wherein you can include details like Who is the CEO, Company locations, year of foundation, CMM level of the company, number of customers and employees in the organisation. The last and the most important tip is to speak with confidence and keep in mind the body language that you display.
