- While this is an uncommon question, a quirky interview will prefer knowing you better in an indirect way. The answer need not be complicated. Just match up the skills required for the job with those that you possess, adding any other which you possess and might prove beneficial for the position. If you lack any, you can avoid mentioning that if it is not of much importance. If the lacking quality is of important, mention that given a chance you are always willing to learn. Add that you would hire someone with a positive approach and an earnest passion for the work. Your answer should depict that you have a good understanding of the requisites for the position.
