iYogi and Spectranet have just embarked on a strategic partnership that is the perfect success mantra for both. iYogi will now deliver a comprehensive solution for customer network management and technical support for domestic as well as business customers in India for Spectranet. Tech Assist is the premium technical support service which has been launched by Spectranet for broadband customers powered by FOX (Fiber Optic Xperience). The service will be provided through the accolades winning SaaS platform developed by iYogi. The SaaS platform is known as Digital Service Cloud and it supports over 500 technology products. Tech Assist will be bundled with Spectranet Broadband which is being launched by FOX products for new as well as existing customers at no extra cost.
With Tech Assist which is managed by iYogi from Spectranet , broadband customers will now get immediate 24/7 support for connected devices including computers, smartphones, peripherals and other digital devices through a single platform and a customer contact centre. Spectranet has indicated that 48% of the technical support calls range outside the scope as they pertain to the home network and device in use by customers. Spectranet Tech Assist will enhance consumer satisfaction and lead to the creation of more revenue through trouble shooting support for calls. It has been estimated by the company that the partnership will boost 12% increase in revenue along with 15% reduction in support costs in the period spanning 12 to 24 months.
Udit Mehrotra who is the CEO and MD for Spectranet has been quoted by media reports as saying “Multiple users and an ever-increasing number of smart devices in homes and offices have increased the complexity of delivering a great internet service experience for the consumers. Given the technical infancy of the consumer, it is imperative for service providers to focus on the potential needs and deliver amazing technical support along with amazing internet speeds”.
He has also held that traditional service providers and customers have divided responsibility between the service provider network and customer home network devices which can create a negative customer experience. Through the use of Digital Service Cloud, the Tech Assist service agents will focus on resolving tech issues 24/7 remotely and bear unified responsibility. This can totally enhance customer experience according to Mehrotra.

Gurgaon based iYogi is offering tech support services for PC and software as well as peripherals and select connected devices for countries across the world including the US, UK, Australia and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Tech Assist will be handled directly by iYogi as customers will be able to access the remote support service at any time during the day. The aim is to ensure that users are not feeling gaps in service in case technical issues come up.
