Established in 1987, Kenexa is an IT Company, headquartered in Wayne, Pennsylvania, US. It develops web-based applications and recruits the freshers through campus placement for positions like Software Engineer, Associate Software Engineer etc.

Selection Process at Kenexa

The selection process of the company consists of four rounds:

1. Aptitude test and Essay writing
2. Group Discussion
3. Technical Interview
4. HR

Before starting the written test the candidate have to write an essay on the given topic. They will give general topics.

There are 3 sections in written test, these are:

1. Quantitative aptitude
2. Logical reasoning
3. English

In Aptitude mainly concentrate on time and distance, probability, allegation and mixture, ages, percentages, time and work, series problems and general mathematics questions.

Logical reasoning section consists of questions on directions, syllogolism, decision making etc .

English section includes the basic questions on English language, like synonyms, antonyms, sentence completion and correction etc.

The second round is Group Discussion. Topics that are asked in this round are general topics like, is mobile should be banned in campus etc. It is also an elimination round.

The next round is Technical Interview. In this, questions are asked from technical field like C, C++, JAVA and data structures etc. The persons who qualify in last round will go for the next round.

Last round is HR Interview. In this, they asked all mainstream HR question and then explained companies terms and conditions.
