OMAT - Orissa Management Aptitude Test

Introduction to OMAT

OMAT - Orissa Management Aptitude Test is conducted by Biju Patnaik University of Technology for admission to management programs in premier management institutes of Orissa. These colleges have courses running both in Bachelor’s and Masters domain. The exam is conducted around May every year.

Eligibility

To be eligible to take OMAT
- A candidate must possess a graduate degree in any discipline.
- Those currently taking the final year exams of their bachelor’s course are also eligible to take the test.

Test Pattern

- Time: 2 hours

- No. of questions: 120

- Max marks: 480

The candidate is awarded -1 mark for every wrong answer.

OMAT is a pen and paper based test with multiple choice questions divided into five sections, namely Indian and Global Environment, Intelligence and Critical Reasoning, Language Comprehension, Mathematical Skills & Data Analysis and Sufficiency.
