Online application procedure for IBPS CWE.
What is the procedure for applying online to IBPS CWE?
Candidates should first go to the IBPS website www.ibps.in and then click on the home page to open the link “Common Written Examination for RRBs”. He/she should then click on the appropriate option to open up the online application form. Candidate has to upload the scanned photograph and scanned signature and enter the basic details.
What is the procedure for uploading the photograph and signature? What will happen if photograph and/or signature are not uploaded properly?
Two separate links are provided for uploading photograph and signature. Candidate has to click on the respective link “Upload Photograph/signature”.
Browse the location where the scanned photograph or signature file has been saved. Select the file by clicking on it and then click on the open or upload button. If photograph and/or signature are not uploaded then the candidate’s online application form is registered. If the face of the candidate in the photograph is not clear then the application form of the candidate is rejected.
Candidates are advised to take the printout of the online application form after registration. In case the photograph or signature of the candidate is not clear then he/she may edit his/her application form and re-upload the photograph and signature.
What will happen if a candidate is unable to fill in the application form at one go?
If a candidate is unable to fill the application form at one go then there is a facility wherein candidate can save the data which is already entered.
Once the data is saved provisional registration number and password is generated and is displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down this registration number and password.
Candidate may also receive an Email or SMS indicating provisional registration number and password. Next time when candidate want to reopen the saved data he/she can use the provisional registration number and password and can edit the data. Candidate should keep in mind that this facility is available for only three times.
