Perot Systems was founded in 1988 by a group of investors led by Ross Perot and based in Plano, Texas, United States. It is an information technology services provider. Perot Systems provides services in the industries of health care, government, manufacturing, banking, insurance and others.

The selection process at Perot Systems consists of three rounds:
1. Written Test
2. Technical Interview
3. HR Interview
The first round is written test that includes quantitative aptitude, reasoning, English and programming language (C, C++).
You can expect questions like,
1. A container is filled with a mixture of water and wine in the ratio of 3 : 5. Find the quantity of mixture to be drawn off and replaced with water, in order to get the mixture as half wine and half water.
2. A man travelled from village to the station at the rate of 25 kmph and walked back at 15 kmph. If the whole journey took 10 hours. Find the distance of station from the village.
3. Vijay give some money to Gopal, Gopal gave 40% to Suresh. How much was with Vijay initially?
Those candidates who clear the written exam will qualify for the technical interview.
Technical Interview includes the questions from C, C++, Operating Systems, Database, Data Structure etc.
Questions asked in the Technical Interview are:
1. Why Global.asax is used?
2. What is customer control and user control?
The last round is HR Interview that will be conducted by the HR Representative of the company. In this Interview, the candidate is judged on his communication skill and presence of mind.
