What precaution should be taken while filling in the application form for IBPS CWE?

Candidate should take utmost care while filling in the application form. All the particulars including the name of the candidate, his/her father/husband name, post applied, Date of birth, Address, Mobile numbers, Email ID should be verified by the candidate before submitting the form. Once the data is submitted no correspondence regarding changes or modifications is entertained.

At a later stage if it is found that the candidate has filled in the incorrect or incomplete data in the application form then he /she is disqualified and his/her candidature is rejected.

Candidate should give correct email ID and mobile number for future correspondence and to receive registration confirmation.

Candidate should take the printout and retain the documents like e-receipt, system generated challan, system generated online application form (which is already filled by the candidate) etc.

What should be done if a candidate does not receive an Email or an SMS indicating confirmation of registration for IBPS CWE application?

If a candidate does not receive Email/SMS intimations at the Email Id or mobile number then they may consider that online application has not been successfully registered. If an online application is incomplete in any respect like photograph and/or signature are not uploaded or error is generated while uploading image etc. then online application form is considered invalid.

Is there any other procedure to apply for the post?

The online application procedure is the only valid procedure for applying. Any other way or the incomplete steps taken by the candidate is not accepted and such application rejected. Candidate should fill in the application form much before the closing date and should not wait till the last date for depositing the fee. By doing so, candidate can avoid the possibility of disconnection, inability or failure to log on to the IBPS website on account of heavy load on internet website. IBPS is not responsible for the candidate not being able to submit the form before last date.
