I plan to buy a commercial property, preferably a shop, in the soon-to-be inaugurated shopping complex in Sector29, Noida. I have decided upon shop no. 63 in the complex and in the process of finalizing the details with the seller. The Selling Price is INR 25 Lacs. I would request you to provide me information on the required stamp duty, the registration amount required and all the documentation required for transfer of right of the aforementioned property.
