This has reference to your application and the subsequent discussions you had with us on
27th February, 2014. We are pleased to inform you that you have been appointed at Abc organization for the position of “Sr. Accountant”. The position will initially be based in Mumbai.
You will be reporting to Mr. Ashish Gupta, account manager Abc Ltd.
The following are the details of your employment.
1. Compensation and Benefits: You will receive compensation of 2,40,000/- per annum. You will be eligible for leave and other such benefits in accordance with the Company’s rules and regulations. The perquisites applicable to your grade are subject to alteration and amendment, and you will be entitled to the same as per the rules of the company.
2. Probation: You will be on probation for a period of 6 months, from your date of joining, after which your performance will be appraised. You will be confirmed in your appointment in writing on successful completion of the said probationary period.
3. You are employed in the Company full time. You will not be employed by any other Company or offer your services with or without pay to any physical person, legal entity or public authority or to be occupied in your own business without the prior written permission of the Company.
4. Amendments to the above terms and conditions, if any will be made in writing.
For you reference we have attached a detailed terms and conditions of you employment please go through it once before acknowledging the appointment .Please sign and return the duplicate copy of this letter of appointment as a token of your having accepted the above terms and conditions. We are very happy to have you as a part of our Team ABC. We welcome you to our production unit and hereby inform your appointment with our ABC Business Pvt. Ltd. You will be assigned the role of team leader with our Business Email team in our Operations department.
Your compensation structure will be:

The company reserves the right to alter or change the compensation structure anytime, during your course of employment. We assure you to keep the overall annual revised structure almost similar to the prevailing one.
A detailed overview of your compensation structure is attached as an annexure to this appointment letter.
You can enjoy the other benefits of a cafeteria which includes your breakfast with lunch or dinner as per your shift timings. You will also get the company cab for home pick up and drop. Both these facilities are free of cost for our employees.
A detailed set of Terms and Conditions is also attached. Kindly go through the points carefully before signing the appointment order. This appointment is for a probationary period of 3 months, during which you will be trained and equipped with the process. This probation may be continued without confirmation, which depends on your process knowledge and implementation at the end of the training period.
You will also receive many benefits from time-to-time after your confirmation. This includes your mediclaim policy and general insurance. Your benefits get added up with the successful completion of the succeeding years. The leave structure will be the same as per government schedule.
