Task Approval Process cycle is the internal project and has been implemented to automate the whole patching process cycle. The idea behind this project is to made the patching approval process easy within the oganization.This project is implemented in Oracle Teleservice module with the help of workflow. Whenever any Service Request is created for patching process it requires lot of approvals from different modules owner before it can be applied.

Environment: Siebel Call center, Oracle 11i.
Description:-
Project Synergy represents the implementation of Siebel CRM 8.0 as the solution to meet Oracle’s CRM need. Our role is to prepare a bridge between Oracle Sales and Siebel Sales so as to migrate all the current sales hierarchy in the form of groups, roles and resources to Siebel sales and vice versa and maintain the bridge in the future so as to provide an interface of exchanging the information between two application.

Description:-
The CRM-GSI Merge is the project to bring all the Oracle Applications into the single instance. Initially in the organization two instances were used, one for running the CRM Application called as the CRM instances and the other one was the GSI instance used for running ERP application. The objective of this project was to make a Single instance for running both the CRM and ERP application as the data used by both the instances will be be same.
