This is with reference to my unit link Insurance plan with ABCL Insurance private ltd which was started in the year 2011. As per the terms of the plan, a partial or complete withdrawal is allowed after paying three consecutive premiums annually.
I have paid Rs 75,000/- annual premium over the last three years. Due to some urgent requirement, I would now like to withdraw my entire sum assured at the current NAV.
As assured that the claim settlement for this plan is done within 10 days, I request you to kindly settle my full claim and close this plan.

Annual premium: Rs 75,000/-
The premium receipts are attached for your reference.

Sample insurance claim settlement letter
This letter is to request (insurance company’s name) for the settlement of my vehicle insurance. My car had met with an accident last month on the 14th of February.
I have valid car insurance for my vehicle and have timely submitted all documents that were asked by the insurance company for settling the assured amount. I would like to bring to your notice that the amount to which the insurance company has finalized the payment is considerably very low. My car had been damaged in the accident and the cost of its repair was (amount). The company seems to be concentrating only on this amount while there are further losses I faced too.
The car accident has left me with a fractured arm and my wife who was with me in the car has also suffered injuries. According to the clauses of the insurance policy, the company shall be paying the hospital bills as well. The hospital charges, inclusive of medicines, amount to (billed amount). I have attached a copy of the hospital receipt in support of this claim.
You also seem to have neglected the rentals that I had to pay on a daily basis for transportation. My office is at a distance of X kms. from my home. The transportation charges via taxi are summed up to (mention amount). You can confirm the taxi fares from my home address to my office address that I have mentioned below.
I completely understand your approach towards payment of insurance amount which can only be made after all confirmations have been made. I have cooperated with the inspection officers from the company and have patiently waited for a month. It’s high time that my patience be rewarded with a fair settlement of insurance amount.
