This is regarding the New Year bash to be organized by our company XYZ Ltd. on the 1st of January’14 at the Ballroom of Hotel Leela Palace, Mumbai staring 8.30p.m. The detailed address is mentioned at the end of this mailer.

Sample invitation letter for an event
We, the students union of the Medical Colleges of Delhi, take this opportunity to invite you with your family to the Delhi Health Mela. The event will be held at Siri Fort Grounds, Near Panchsheel Park, New Delhi. The Mela will be for 5 days from 14th Mar’14 to 18th Mar’14.
The event will focus in educating the masses with the basic health and hygiene measures. The highlights being the OPD set up from different branch of medicine (viz. allopathy, ayurveda, homoeopathy, unani, yogic science and even the siddha medicine) seminar and lectures by some of the most experienced doctors and health specialists, workshop for the latest technology in medical fields etc.
The OPDs will be for all major field of specialization and the specific days assigned for them. They are:
14-03-14 - Respiratory and cardiac disorders
15-03-14 - Nephrology and GIT disorders
16-03-14 - ENT and Eye disorders
17-03-14 - Orthopaedic and Neurotic disorders
18-03-14 - Skin disorders and Dental OPD
This is the first time we have organised for all the departments for the OPDs. To know the schedule for the workshop and the seminars and the speakers for each of them, please check the enclosed leaflet.
The event doesn’t stop here. There will be music, dance, dramas, contests for paintings, crafts, poetries and much more, organised by the medical students all over Delhi. You will get proper guidance to locate the event you want to attend by our volunteer students. We have also set up stalls for the promotion and sales of healthcare products.
To be precise, it’s a complete event for everyone from healthcare, book lovers, and knowledge gainers, entertainment seekers, with an added opportunity to look for the latest medical technology and purchase the health products. Almost all the health care agencies are taking part in this grand event.
We have made every effort to gather maximum contact details from all the hospitals across Delhi, to invite and cover maximum Delhites to this great opportunity. Kindly honour us with your esteemed presence with your family.
