This is with reference to our letter number ICI00987 dated January 01, 2014.
You have an outstanding payment of Rs 2, 00,000/- on your credit card number 3100XXXX0987.
A minimum payment of Rs 20,000/- was due on the same on November 15, 2013 but nothing was received from your end. The credit card statement was dispatched to your billing address on November 01, 2014. Since then our collection team has been calling you for the payment along with a reminder letter which was sent on January 01, 2014.
Since, we have not received any payment/communication from your end; your credit card has been put on hold. You will not be able to use the same till the minimum amount due is paid against the same.
Also, you are required to make the payment latest by March 10, 2014, failure of which will initiate a legal action against you.

I had invested an amount of Rs. XXXXXX in Property Development Scheme of XYZ Ltd. I am disappointed with the irregularity in payment that has led to unpaid dues of last 8 months. You have a due of Rs. XXXXX which I demand from the company.
According to the deed of contract it was agreed that I shall be paid a monthly premium on 20th of every month. I am distressed to notify you that since the last 8 months, I haven't been receiving the aforementioned premium. The delay has been very constant and I have received a very unprofessional response from the company's representative and the agent.
I demand my assured amount that is due till date and the mode of payment for further premiums should be by cheque instead of cash payment through agent. I would appreciate if the premium amount could be sent to my bank account instead of sending through the agent. I would send you my bank details if required.
Kindly revert back on this mail or through phone call as soon as possible since this is really beginning to make me suspicious and anxious of the reputation of the company. Please reply back within 5 Days else I shall be forced to take the matter to the court of law.
