I am ABC, customer relationship manager of your MN Health Club. You are our valued customer and we honour your long standing relationship with us. I am writing this letter to inform you some “Spring Offers”.
As we always keep our customer’s health and satisfaction as our key to the success; we hereby announce a few offers, where our existing customers could gain wealth along with good health. The offers are:
• Lifetime members – Refer new customers, new joiners get a 10% off on the enrolment fee, member gets that 10% and 2 days free work-out on our gym on every referral.
• 10 year members - Refer new customers, new joiners get a 10% off on the enrolment fee, member gets that 10%
• 5 year members – Refer new customers, new joiners get a 5% off on enrolment fee, member gets that 5%
• Short term members – Refer new customers, Rs.1000 on every new referral.
All the members are eligible for the lucky draw; winner of the draw will get 1 month free usage for all the fitness programmes. The offer period is from 1st Feb’14 to 31st Mar’14.
Every member will be given cards, ensure to fill in your details including your name and membership no. on each card. These cards are meant to be given to your referrals. This card will help us to award you with your offer money. Kindly collect your set of referral cards from the Health Club reception between 9 A.M. to 6 P.M.
