I, Tim Jones needed to collect my registered post from your post office,however, I am travelling and not able to do so.

I hereby authorize Mr. Bobby Miller to collect the documents on my behalf. I have enclosed his specimen signature in this letter. I am fully aware of my step and I will not come forward to claim my post once received by Mr. Miller.
