This letter is in reference to, my car with the model number Maruti SX4 and year of making is 2009 was in an accident, while I was driving back home from office. We were travelling to the suburbs in Mumbai from South Mumbai where on the western express highway we met through an accident.
The car is in a poor state. It has been completely crushed. The windscreen is broken. The tyres of the car also need to be replaced. The total estimate to repair the car is of 1,00,000 rupees. Hence we want to claim this amount as our auto insurance claim.
Our auto insurance claim is valid till 2011. Please take consideration into our request. Let us know how much insurance we will get finally, also let us know the formalities that need to be fulfilled to claim the insurance. We have also attached the police FIR letter along in this mail for your perusal.
We request you to please look into this matter and help us resolve this matter as soon as possible. We are looking forward to hear from you with solution to our problem.

My 2010 Hyundai Accent was involved in an accident on March 01, 2014. My friend, Raman, was in the driver’s seat at the point of the collision. He was travelling to Punjab on the Expressway when a truck driver smashed into the rear end of the car. He had to be hospitalised after the accident where he suffered a broken torso and a whiplash.
The estimate figure to repair the car is $5,000. The medical bills from Raman’s injuries are $900. Together with what he has gone through, I am asking for a lump sum of $8,000 to settle this matter.
Raman will have to recover fully before he can resume going to work, depending on how his body reacts to such a horrible event.
My main motive is to settle this matter quickly and efficiently. I have attached all the reports and receipts of the payments made during and after the accident. I have also attached supporting documents from 2 witnesses that might come in handy.
Raman was driving as per the traffic guideline laid by the traffic police and was not at fault. We look forward to solving this matter as soon as possible.
