I am holding an auto insurance policy of your company with insurance number A123775784. I would like to cancel the auto insurance policy that we are holding with you.

I request you to stop all the charges that are being made from my credit card on an immediate basis. We have sold out our car since we are shifting out of India and hence will not need the auto insurance policy anymore.

It would be great if you could send me a confirmation mail within 30 days post cancellation of the policy. Kindly refund any unused amount in terms of my premium that has been charged and not used until now.

Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible and take the necessary action as soon as possible.

Please consider this written notice as a formal request to cancel the referenced insurance policy as of March 10th, 2014.

Please stop all the premium billed or debits or charges for the retail payments. I would appreciate if I get a written confirmation within a month that the cancellation has been put into effect.

Also, please do a pro rata reversal of the unused portion of my C1 policy premium, and stop charging my bank account for any other payments related to monthly premium.

I would really appreciate your prompt action on this matter.
