We are writing on behalf of the ‘Abc-Eco Foundation’. Our organization comprises of young enthusiasts who are very concerned about the current environment issues and really want to do their bit for the betterment of our planet. Today, there are different kinds of problems related to environment all around the world and the conditions are worsening day by day. Our group members want to save earth from this degradation.
On May 31, 2014, the ‘Abc-Eco Foundation’ will be hosting a fundraiser, RS Ground, at Bandra, in Mumbai, to raise financial support for the Solar Energy Project initiated in Jalgaon.
We are inviting several local and national businesses and families to participate in the event. If you could be our guest it will help make this event a huge success.
To make this event successful, we are seeking support from organizations like yours. We are very hopeful that you will extend your generous support to our foundation. Please let us know if you would care to join us, a response would be great if it could get to us by 10th May. We are looking forward to your positive response.

We cordially invite you to attend the (event name), on (date), which is a charity show for the orphaned children of XYZ orphanage. Your contribution can make a big change to someone’s life.
Every year, this event is organized to support a good cause in association with an NGO who work to help the needy and underprivileged people of our country. Last year, our charity event was successful in providing good education and a better future to 500 girls in rural areas of UP.
This year we endeavor to provide good living to children of an orphanage which is not run on government funds. What looks like just a fine dinner expense for us is a week’s meal for these children living in a thatched roof of an orphanage. There are kids who have dreams to fulfill but are helpless without any means to reach them.
These children are the future of our country and if they are well educated and brought up, they will not only be a wasted life but shall also do no good to the country. We shall highly appreciate if you accept the invite and grace the event by your presence and donation. The funds raised in this event shall go towards giving a better life to these children. I have attached some pictures and details of the orphanage.
