I have recently purchased the flat number 14 in block A. My family includes my In-laws, husband and a two years old kid. From last week onwards we are observing that all the residents of the society are getting their garbage dumped in a big drum outside our block. This area falls just in front of the entrance of our flat. Just to bring into your notice that each one of us is paying an equal amount of maintenance charges to take care of cleanliness and development of our society. However, to our disappointment we do not see any progress.

Though there is a dedicated person assigned to take care of the disposal of the dumped garbage, he does not do it on regular basis. The garbage keeps on getting accumulated to the extent that it starts emitting foul smell and creates a very awkward situation for us when it comes to greeting our guests who visit our place. It is also very unhygienic for my small child who comes is continuous exposure to open garbage. Even we have warned the guard about the same, he is not concerned about taking any action to get the area cleaned regularly.

You being the president of the society have full authority to take the actions and rectify the problem. Request you to please take the matter seriously and help your society members.
