Sample letter requesting for assistance from someone in other company
I went through your profile on LinkedIn and understand that you are taking care of recruitment in your organization “Estel Ltd”. After going through the company’s website I got to know that you are looking out for fresher’s in the stream of accounts and taxation. Just to bring to your notice that my sister Ms. Radha Kapoor have recently completed her masters of commerce from Christ College and is looking for job. At present, she is outstation and can come for face to face discussion as soon as there will be a requirement. She has also completed her diploma in Tally and other accountancy tools so that it can help her in getting a good job ahead.
Though I am also working in one of the finance organizations, we are not having any openings for fresher’s at present. It will be great if you can help my sister in getting her best job option. I have also attached the complete resume of Ms. Kapoor, which will give you better clarity on her current expectations and other skills you might be looking for. In case her profile does not suit your job description, I shall request you to kindly forward her resume to any of your friends who might help her in the same.
Request you to please have a look at the attached document and let me know when I should be asking my sister to come for an interview in your esteem organization. If required then you can directly contact her on the mobile number mentioned.

At the outset, I would like to introduce myself. I am Scarlet Fonseca, a fashion designer by profession. I would like to inform you that my new boutique would be opening very soon next to your fast food outlet.
Being a sole proprietor yourself, I am sure you would know the importance of good promotion to start off any business on the right note. Therefore, I have thought of a promotional strategy that would involve distributing my boutique’s literature to your clients.
Hence I am writing this letter to seek your permission. One of my staff members would be present outside your outlet to give away the promotional literature like pamphlets and coupons.
I am also open to any suggestions from your side to make this relation mutually beneficial.
Thank you very much for your time. Look forward to hear from you.
