This is to inform that our employee, Mr. ABC has been terminated from the position of marketing executive, in XYZ Ltd., dated 2nd March, 2014. No employee of our company shall keep any contact with ABC on a professional level and shall not share any information with him that is regarded confidential to the company. Those violating this rule shall strictly be subject to termination from their current position in XYZ Ltd.
Mr. ABC, who has been in the marketing department of our company as a marketing executive has been found to share our exclusive plans and strategies with a member of our competitors, (company’s name). His leaked information was a copyright of our company and also mentioned as confidential of which ABC was well informed.
His violation in our code of conduct has affected our company in a negative way and that has compelled us to terminate ABC from his current position. As a replacement in his position, we have appointed a new member, (name), who shall be taking over right from today itself. If you have any queries regarding the projects ABC was handling, feel free to discuss the same with (new employee’s name). She has been provided all the details of the ongoing projects.
