I would like to notify the bank that I have lately shifted to a new residence which calls for a change of address in my bank account: XXXXXXXXX

The currently entered address is of the rented home I was living in for the past 5 years. Below are the address details of my recently purchased flat which shall remain my permanent address hereafter:

I have attached an address proof according to the rules of bank, which are the electricity and telephones bills addressed to my new home. I have also submitted my bank passbook for a change in address. I also happen to be using internet banking services. Kindly enter the change in all the address columns of the bank records concerned with the same.

I would be grateful if the change could be made soon so that no further official letters from bank are addressed to my old location.
