I have been an account holder at SBI bank since the last 10 years, bearing account no: (a/c no). I am glad to have found that my bank offers home loans at the most reasonable rate of interest which I would like to benefit from at present.

I have always had a sufficient balance in my account persistently over the past years. My salaries are also credited to this account since the very beginning. I am currently in need of a loan of Rs. 30 lacs for the purchase of a new house. I have a flourishing business record which is clear from the consistent credits at my account. I am a reputable citizen with no negative charges or allegations to my name.

I had taken an education loan from SBI Bank before 6 years, of which I candidly paid all debts years back with sincere payments of each instalment at the right time.

I am looking forward to avail the loan at the earliest. All the required documents are attached. I would be grateful if the formalities could be finished with before (date) as I am supposed to pay the amount to the liable owner of the property on the days following.
