This is the confirmation mail of the reservation of the Alexandra Hotel in Mumbai. Please go through the flight and accommodation details so that if there is any mistake it can be rectified at the right time.
As per your request we have booked three air tickets in the business class with the Airy India. The booking is made in the name of Mr. Aman, Mrs. Ananya and Ms. Tanya with the age as 30 years, 25 years and 10 years respectively. The tickets are for date 27th February from New Delhi to Mumbai. Your accommodation reservation is done at the Alexandra Hotel located at a distance of 1 kilometer from the domestic airport. You are confirmed for a stay of three days and four nights, from 27th February to 2nd March 2014. The hotel rooms have spacious balconies with the beach views.
I want to make clear that if you want any kind of change in the reservation then please inform within 24 hours of this confirmation letter after which any request won’t be entertained. Rest we assure you that you won’t face any problem in the proposed trip.

I am writing this to provide you with the confirmation that your bookings have been made for the flight to New York. I have also reserved the deluxe suite for you at the High Life Hotel as per your requirement for the 18th and 19th of May, 2014. You are booked on Flight 981 Boeing A310 which leaves the London International Airport at 2:00 am on 17th May. You will be arriving at New York on the 18th of May at 6:00 pm. The check-in time at the High Life Hotel is 6:30 pm and the hotel has confirmed that it will be sending a car to collect you from the New York Airport. The total cost of the airline tickets has come to $400 for each trip. I am aware that you had requested for a British Airways Flight, but I was unable to get a seat on the 1:00 am plane for New York. As you had indicated that Singapore Airlines would be equally acceptable, I have managed to book tickets for their incoming and outgoing flights to New York. The cost of the 2 day stay at High Life Hotel will cost $6,000. Along with this, my fees as your travel agent equal $500.
