I am really happy to share that out of all regions, South region sales team have over achieved the gross margin revenue targets given to them for this financial year. As decided in the starting of this year each of the regional teams of North, South, East and West were given some numbers to achieve. We have also aligned highly experienced Inside Sales team along with all the regional account managers to help their respective region won big deals with high gross margin number. With fully integrated sales team of 35 members we have decided to meet the target of 110 Crores. In return of this bottom line target each winning team was promised to get a Dubai trip, which out of all the regions only South was able to win.
This trip will be sponsored by our company’s Managing Director, Mr. Havlick in order to encourage all our team members as the token of motivation. As per his wish regional head of South team along with all the account managers and inside sales team are included in this trip. The team will be set to leave for Dubai in first week of April. Being a 5 days and 4 night holiday the team is supposed to be back by second week of April.
Considering all the plans, the winning team is requested to please make their arrangements accordingly and mutually decide upon a specific date so that we can make the bookings.

I would first like to say hats off to all employees of the sales department for their tremendous efforts and achievements of sales goals year on year. You are our pillar and strength on which the organization stands.
You meet our clients and bring in the revenue, hence would always like you to be motivated and enthusiastic.
It’s the start of a new quarter and would like all of you to make a new beginning keeping in mind previous quarter’s learning’s and experiences. In the previous quarter we have achieved all our sales goals and you all have done exceedingly well. We continue to expect such a performance or even better in this quarter as well. And as per norm we would reward the best performances.
You all have proved that you are hardworking and determined and a valuable asset to our organization. We completely trust you to provide quick and optimal service to our customers.
