Sample letter to introduce someone to an organization or the community

On the behalf of Little Angel kindergarten & Preschool (LAKP) we would like to welcome Ms Annie Jackson. She will be replacing Mrs. Julia Hudson, who is retiring next week after spending 15 fruitful years with us.

Finding a substitute for Mrs. Hudson was really difficult. However, we are really proud to find Ms Annie Jackson.

Ms Annie Jackson has done Masters in Child Development & Psychology from Boston University. She has spent 10 years in teaching kindergarten students before joining us. She carries excellent rapport with students, parents and colleagues which justifies all the appreciation letters and awards at her desk. Ms Annie Jackson has keen interest in singing and she has been associated with church choir. WIth Ms Watson’s help, we hope to impart singing skills to our little angels. Apart from teaching she will also be helping us redesigning our courseware, games and child development modules.

Ms Annie Jackson is certainly going to make a valuable addition to our Little Angel (LAKP) family.
