I am pleased to write a recommendation letter for Mr. Andrew Nowak for post of VP Projects.

I have known Andrew for last 7 years as Director Projects in MS Corporations. Andrew Joined one of my project teams as lead developer.

Our interaction began as he was leading the development team and used to present the development to project team. His domain knowledge was very impressive and soon he became an indispensable part of the project team. We completed that EPC project well within the given deadline. My interaction never got over even after project as his interest in learning always brought us together in some or the other projects.

Andrew is very eager to learn new things and always ready to start from scratch. He is self-motivated and go getter person. I have seen him taking various responsibility and managing them exceptionally well.
