This letter is post the telephonic discussion we had on call this morning to book a hotel room for me and my wife. As discussed on call, we will be arriving Jaipur at morning 4am. Thereafter we would be leaving for sight-seeing at 9am onwards. I would suggest you to kindly share the 4 nights and 5 days holiday package that you were discussing on call. We are already evaluating different travel agents and went through your hotel details while surfing on net. We came to know that you are also providing sight-seeing as well as accommodation facilities to all the tourists demanding for the same. We liked your facility that along with stay you also help tourists in commuting to and fro from airport to hotel which is included in your room charges.

As you told that you have different pricing for different packages, it was difficult for us to discuss all of them on call. Kindly share all the package details so that we can decide on the best one that suits our duration and pricing to further get it booked. Meanwhile please consider this mail as formal mail to block one room in advance. As you are aware that we are coming here to celebrate our first marriage anniversary so it will be appreciated if you can share the special facilities that you can give for the same along with their charges.

I shall expect your reply to come as soon as possible so that we can decide accordingly.

My family and I have decided to spend our vacation at your hotel and would like to make a booking for the same. My name is Isabella Swan and we are from the UK. We would be there for five days and four nights. Expect us to arrive on 25th March early morning at 7 am and depart on 29th morning at 8 am.

We are looking to book double rooms with a sea view preferably and attached bathroom for two adults and two children aged ten and fourteen. I would also like to book Jacuzzi and Sauna facilities for use during our stay.

I would like to have some information regarding any family package your hotel provides which would include food too and also info about other facilities at the hotel. Also I would be grateful if you could send me details of markets, sightseeing, well-known cuisines and activities we can take part in for more fun and adventure.
