Due to your errant behavior we are losing valuable information about our prospective customers and eventually it is going to affect our business. Our company does not tolerate negligence at any level. We request you to immediately take care of your activities and focus on your job responsibility.

We are putting you in customer services and CRM s/w training program. Please check your training schedule and start attending the online sessions.

You will have to go through a test as well failing to that we will terminate you.
