Responsibilities:

-Cost per employee, C&B trends and other Seasonality analysis to perform Head Count (HC) expense forecasting
-Preparing HC reports (Active, Full time, Part time, Non active (Leave of Absence), Agency Contractors, Open Requisitions, etc.)
-Plan marketing budget allocation for Country/Regional Marketing managers
