Job Responsibilities

-Handling day-to-day processes that are carried out in the store.
-Manages the product inventory, salespersons, goods for display, sales, walk in, conversion, ticket size, basket size etc.
-Responsible for operation cost control, updating stock and replenishment of stocks.
-To determine how many goods are actually on display in each category
-Encourage salespersons in performing their job efficiently
-Sending DSR and Expense report to my cluster manager.
-Taking physical count of the store on daily, monthly and quarterly basis.
-Provide customer service by greeting, assisting and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
-Achieving sales target for the store

-Stock order management to ensure customer should get right stock at right time at right place at right quantity
-Indent and replenishment to ensure availability of stocks at all times and to order stock according to the merchandise plan, customer taste and trend
-Taking care of visual merchandising to ensure merchandise are well displayed according to company standard
-Taking physical inventory report of all respective counter on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
-Keep records of purchases, daily sales report, growth and placing requisitions to ware house for the merchandise which is first in and first out
