I hereby inform that you (ABC, student of 2nd year, B.COM (Pass)) are dismissed with immediate effect i.e. 24th Feb 2014, from XYZ College due to behavioural issues.
You were found misbehaving with the co-students, faculty members & initiated violence within the college premises, when restricted by the authorities. We have already sanctioned you warning letter twice during your 1st year duly singed by yourself, for which you were also suspended twice for a week’s time.
Your conduct is highly unacceptable, and you haven’t co-operated with the faculty despite several warnings. Though we understand this termination would create a setback to your career, but you have left no room for us than to take this extreme step.
You are asked to leave the college premises immediately; else we will seek legal action.

Sample termination letter to student from school or college
After careful investigation, we have concluded that you have violated the college’s policy of a student’s conduct in the college premises by misbehaving with faculty members and classmates.
You have been warned previously on two occasions for similar misconduct and also suspended for a week’s time; however you did not mend your ways.
Therefore I regret to inform you ABC, student of 1st year BMS, that you are being dismissed with immediate effect i.e. 29th March, 2014, from PQR college. Repeated complaints from faculty members and students forced us to take this extreme step. The college cannot tolerate such terrible behaviour.
We understand that this step might prove to be an impediment in your career, but we couldn’t help it.
