Should I do PGDHRM right after graduation or gain some work experience first?

I am a student of B.com, second year with economics honors. I want to go for Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management in future. Would it be right to go for PGDHRM right after graduation or should I gain some work experience before getting into an institute that offers this program? Please suggest some good institutes that offer PGDHRM.

I would suggest that you take a break after graduation and get yourself a job in the human resources department. After having attained a work experience of 1 or 2 years, you can go for PGDHRM from a reputed college in India. Some of the reputed colleges have, in fact, a requisite of work experience from those opting for this program. The other advantage of taking a break after graduation is that you get ample time to research and study for an admission into the best institutes.
