- Marijuana is also known as Cannabis ,Marijuana is considered an illegal Drug as Marijuana is often consumed for its psychoactive and physiological effects, which can include heightened mood or euphoria, relaxation, and an increase in appetite. Possible side-effects include a decrease in short-term memory, dry mouth, impaired motor skills, reddening of the eyes, and feelings of paranoia or anxiety.
In India which has Corruption Everywhere cannot control the Marijuana Legislation because there will be no one to keep the track of the use of Drug as it will lead into the wrong hands and will destroy the career of many innocent children now a days we can listen in News Channels and through the News Paper about the Drugs being consumed by young Generation. and think what will happen if a drug is legalized then every one will consume it who does not have proper knowledge or who has a bad Friend Circle thus instead of bringing an help to patients it will destroy the country.

- Legalizing medical marijuana is an advisable step. We are all aware of the current medical conditions prevailing throughout the world. It is also a known fact that every substance that has a good property also has a limitation for the use. Or in more appropriate words, anything used over the limit is dangerous. It is the same with the marijuana as well.
Marijuana is in use in our country though it might not be in a legal way. People do use the same for the recreational purposes. But, if the same material can be used constructively, it would not only heal some of the medical conditions but that can also add to the revenue for the Government. Also, we can have a streamlined usage for the substance within the country which could reduce drug trafficking a bit, as the material is used legally within the country.
Again, for any use there are certain clauses. We need to have stringent laws which require to be followed honestly to have an efficient use of marijuana. We should have proper guidelines for the sale and purchase of the drug under medical prescription and dosage of the medicine so sold should also be made note of.
Though we need a sound regulation for the demand and supply of marijuana under legal commitment, still that if more apt and acceptable rather than avoiding the legalizing procedure for utilizing its medical benefits.
