Gambling is always associated with the risk of losing money. However, there is a steep difference between online gambling and offline gambling. The lawmakers do not allow for offline gambling whereas there is no problem in online gambling. Why is there a difference of legalization status on basis of platforms? • A major part of internet users are the young generation who constantly want to figure out easy ways of making money. It makes them addictive and destroys their career.

• Gambling whether it is online or offline is a personal choice of people. They should have every right to decide what they want to do with their money.
• There is no planned way through which governments can put a ban on the online gambling. They can frame online laws but cannot stop citizens to gamble in the places where it is legalized.
• If the online gambling websites are regulated well, the online gambling should not be prohibited. After all, it is becoming a million dollar industry.
• It is worth mentioning that there is no ban on stock market trading which eventually is a form of speculation for most of the people.
• Instead of banning online gambling, government should find out measures which can allow it to benefit from online gambling industry. The gamblers are anyway going to put in their money.

Gambling in any form is risking hard-earned money. It is not wise to legalize online gambling. It is becoming a lucrative business but that doesn’t justify legalization of online gambling. The government for its personal benefit cannot put the careers and lives of the citizens and their families on stake. It is true that gamblers will put their money somewhere, but it is also true, in the event of ban, the people involved in gambling will reduce sharply.

- Gambling is not fair by any means - whether it is offline or online. Gambling should be banned as it slowly becomes as addiction and people most of the time tends to lose money. Such a malpractice is not acceptable under legal cover.
The creaters of law need to be vigilant enough to check the sect of people who get into offline and online gambling. The offline users are usually the illerate group from the lower economic strata. This gambling can be prohibited easily. Even though this sort of gambling cannot cause any huge loss for the economy. It might make the poor person more poor. Such a gambling should be prevented to avoid the number of people below poverty line be increased.
Talking of the online gambling, it is the young aged and the law breakers who dominate this group of users. The youngsters on their journey towards success, get deviated and distracted under the lucrative light of earning easy money. On the other hand, as rightly quoted, the criminals and corrupt people use this mode as a way of transforming their black money to white one.
There is nothing impossible in this brainy and tech savvy world. If Government is focussed to ban online trading, they can definitely achieve the same. A government meant for the welfare of its citizens would definitely ban online gambling as well
