To speculate is to think, gossip etc. it totally depends on the context we speak in. If we speculate well, we can go ahead in life. We cannot be certain if speculation is right or not. It entirely depends on the context and purpose in which we are speculating. Wit and humor can be defined and recognized. Speculation, on the other hand may go unnoticed.

For:

- When you speculate, you are aware of surroundings. That helps you take decisions.

- Speculation is the bread and butter of artists like painters. It makes them innovative.

- When you speculate, you have the power to judge.

- Speculation is an art because when you think, or analyze theories, it gives you the courage to act on the decisions of your mind.

- Speculation allows you to foresee danger along with a sense of alertness and helps to get rid of roadblocks.

- If you speculate, you don’t get influenced. You have your own ideas and perception.

Against:

- Rumor is a part of speculation. It creates misunderstandings and often hurts people’s sentiments.

- Speculation, for the most part cannot work in business. Business works on strategies.

- To speculate is also to gossip. Certainly, gossiping is not a good quality.

- What counts today is experience. Usually, we land up failing on speculating.
Speculation could be an art of life but, shouldn’t be done in excess. It should be well balanced in our lives. Deficiency or excess of speculation will destroy the effectiveness. There is no path to speculate and there are no qualifications in order to speculate. It is inculcated within us.
