Team work wins the matches, and not the expensive players!

Atletico Madrid is the Spanish football club who managed to make a place in the finals of Uefa Champions League. The team is riding high on the waves of success. It is currently holding number one position in the Spanish League. The team has not spent a large amount of money on the clubs. It is the one point making it more attractive team of the year. The rise of Atletico Madrid forces people to think about the importance of team work rather than just taking the expensive players in the team.

Yes

• Actions speak louder than words. And Atletico Madrid performed it. It just invested 123 million Euros for the season as against the Real Madrid’s 515 million Euros, but still made it to the finals.

• The football team has played much better than the other expensive teams. The credit of the win goes entirely to their planned team work.

• The money spent on expensive players cannot force them to prepare a strategy or come together as a team to win the match.

• At times expensive players are more focused on their individual performances. They play to make a name and increase their monetary value.

• There are many other problems with the expensive players like lack of coordination, more of me and many others.

No

• The importance of money cannot be ignored in any field. It is equally important in sports. Get the right talent to lead any series whether it is football or any other game.

• The players who are paid huge sum of money actually deserves the money, otherwise no one is a fool to invest huge amount of money on any player or a team.

• There are exceptions, and Atletico Madrid is the exception of the year. It cannot change the fact that expensive players are definitely talented ones with a power to win matches.

• Everyone might be remembering Paris Saint Germain group who lost its winning steam when it didn’t had enough money to buy expensive players.

• Check out the IPL teams, and see the difference between the bid amount for the famous faces and unknown faces.

Conclusion

Football or cricket, or any other sport, it needs money to get the most successful players in any field. It stands true in the corporate world too. Only those executives are paid most who have the capability to bring more money to the company. It is all business, whether it is the sports world or the corporate world!

  • Team work definitely has a better word over individual players in winning the matches. But the player in form could be better bet than having a team full of good players running out of their form. The match winning strategy always lies in the bonding of the players as a single team.

Team spirit and functioning as a single unit demands higher level of expertise and a really broad mind. Sacrificing one’s own targets, scores and records to get the tem a victorious outfit is really worth appreciating. Not many player in the world portray such a trait. Every individual demands attention and fame. And in the glorious fame world, nobody cares about the team, but just focus on individual scores and records.

With a team spirit, players can gain much, but we cannot overlook the importance of the good players coming into action. This bit especially holds true with the IPL league matches which consolidate its focus on getting expensive bidding players to their team. But this certainly can’t help throughout the league, unless the expensive player has good form and possess the correct ability of judgement, where to hold himself for the team.

To be precise, both team work and good players in their good form during the match, together lead a team to the victory.
