Telephone Screening - questions a recruiter asks in a Telephone Screen Interview
I'm a fresher in civil engineering field from tamil Nadu. Now I applied for a job in bangalore , the company replied me that the HR will conduct the interview over phone call. Now I've a doubt "I'm a fresher. My achievements are such as 'projects, implant trainings and also I've designed some structures during my studies' and no more achievements i have. Then how could I answer such questions mentioned at your site ? They are for experienced candidates , but I'm a fresher then How could I answer such questions? Please help me
