Tell me about the time when you had to motivate an entire team to perform better.

Any group task can be accomplished only if all the key members contribute equally to achieve success. The team has to realize its job & responsibilities affiliated with it. For every person, his earnings & status matter a lot. Thus, once when there was a target of Rs.XXX to be achieved & the team was not performing that well, use of a combination of Maslow's need hierachy theory & Herzberg's Two-factor theory was used. This proved to be successful as the team performed very well & achieved the target in less than the stipulated time.
