The world is changing rapidly and with that the thought process and the lifestyle of people are changing every minute. Since last some years, youngsters have denied the traditional model of marriage and have opted for live-in relationships. However, the problem doesn’t end here. There is a new trend where women are going ahead and taking a bold step to become a single mother by choice. For them, the institution of marriage no longer holds any importance. • Socially, a woman takes a bold step and go ahead to become a single mother, and she has got every right to do so. She can live life on her terms.

• There is no reason for a woman to be embarrassed of being single mother as she has accepted her love with dignity.

• In the world, where everyone is speaking about women empowerment, this change should also be welcomed. Why name of father is required to make children legitimate?

• The word "mother" doesn't need someone to be a biological mother of the child. There are many unwed women who adopt orphan children and give them the right to live and embody their dreams. These women are actually doing good to the society and the child. They must be treated with utmost respect.
