Van, Vein, Vain, Vane
Van : a motor vehicle for moving goods or people.
For e.g : 1. We were travelling in that small van.
2. Unfortunately, the school van met with an accident in front of the school.
Vein: any of the tubes by which blood is carried towards the heart.
For e.g : 1. The vein was not functioning properly, causing problem in the heart.
2. The function of the vein is to supply blood to the heart.
Vain: having a very high opinion of yourself, useless or futile.
For e.g : 1. All the efforts went in vain.
2. She behaves in a vain manner and hence it has created a lot of problem at the work place.
Vane : a broad blade forming part of a windmill or a propeller etc.
For e.g : 1. The machine was not working properly as there was some problem in the vane.
2. The vane was replaced last week only.
