b.Generic product: the basic version of the product eg. A cyber cafe having computers.

c.Expected product: the expectations of the consumers from the product.

d.Augmented product: the value added services provided alongwith the expected product eg.'buy one, get one free' offer.

e.Potential product:Future products which a company may provide to its customers.
